2017 Summer Reading Program Events at Underwood Public Library.

10:00 am to 10:45 am for ages birth to 6th grade

June 12th - Architecture Day!  (Leaning Tower of Pisa)

June 19th - Engineering Day (Build a catapult)

July 10th - Castle Building Day

July 17th - Solar Eclipse Preparation Day

FREE FAIR RIDE BRACELETS:  Kids ages 3 years - entering 3rd grade in fall can earn a one day unlimited rides bracelet at the McLean County Fair.  Check out 10 books from the library and complete our book reports by June 15th!

CREATE AND DECONSTRUCT:  Activities for 5th - 12th graders (snacks provided)

What's inside night:  Come take apart electronics (printer, keyboard, TV) and learn about the components inside.  Thursday, July 20th  5-7 pm

Washi Tape Night:  Join us for a crafting night featuring Washi tape!  Tuesday, August 8th 5-7 pm.

SOLAR ECLIPSE EVENT:   Monday, August 21st 11:00 am to Noon.  All ages invited.  
Free eclipse viewing glasses provided by StarNet Libraries
